PS31 Series pressure switches are used to control the pressure of compressor in refrigerant system, also available in air or water fluid. This series have quite stable performance with internal micro-switch structure. Standard mounting bracket are provided. For water circulation equipment that requires pressure comparison between two points, a differential pressure switch for water pump control can provide threshold-based switching and system protection.

Install the PS31 vertically with the pressure connection facing downward and use the recommended installation torque of 2 N·m. Available covers and accessories provide protection levels from IP20 to IP55, so the correct enclosure configuration should be selected for the installation environment.
The PS31 is primarily designed for compressor pressure control in refrigeration systems. It is compatible with refrigerants such as R22, R134a, and R404A, and can also be used with air and compatible liquids.

An automatic-reset model returns to its normal switching state when the pressure reaches the reset point, making it suitable for regular system cycling. A manual-reset model requires operator intervention after a pressure trip and is recommended when the system should be inspected before restarting.
The PS31 is rated for FL8A/LR48A at 240 VAC and FL16A/LR96A at 120 VAC. Direct switching is possible only when the compressor load and starting current are within these ratings; otherwise, the pressure switch should control a properly rated contactor or relay.
